If for any reason you want to return a product for a return or an exchange it is possible within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Returning a product for a refund is very easy, just contact us and ask for a refund (specifying the reason)

Proceed with the packaging of the products and their shipment to our warehouses.

Remember that the return shipment is at your expense, preferably send a ordinary parcel by post (fast, reliable and economical)

We remind you that the products must be returned in their original packaging and that the packaging must be the same as the one received or of equal strength and that preserves the integrity of the products and their packaging.

It is therefore strictly forbidden to stick adhesive tape on the original packaging of the products, the products must be returned in excellent condition, we do not accept used products or those that have obvious signs of wear.

Returns that do not comply with these rules will be considered invalid and will therefore be rejected to the sender
