Exchanges and returns:
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling, the customer has the right to return the ordered products within 10 days of delivery of the goods.
The returned products must be returned at the expense of the purchaser and in a perfect state of conservation, both with regard to the product itself and with regard to any accessories including the packaging or case of the product, in order to allow them to be resold again.
The packaging must be prepared in a manner suitable for its transport, with the same packaging received or alternatively with a packaging of similar strength so that the packaging returns to the warehouse in perfect condition. Returns of products shipped without packaging or without a protective layer will not be accepted.
