Terms of sale:

By completing the purchase procedure on Dalita.it, the customer declares to have read and accepted the following conditions of sale
which concern the various stages of the transaction before and after it takes place.
Privacy
We inform you that Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of individuals, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. We will treat the data provided with lawfulness and correctness in full protection of the rights of the interested parties and in particular of their confidentiality.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, we inform you that the processing of the data provided (which will take place via computer) has the purpose of proceeding with the execution of the contract. Where necessary for the execution of the contract, we will transmit the data to the shipping company in charge as well as to the other companies that will handle the phases of the product sales and shipping process. The provision of data is mandatory as it is necessary for the purpose of executing the sales contract.

Safety and responsibility:
By confirming the purchase, the customer will enter into a contractual proposal pursuant to articles 1326 and 1329 of the Italian civil code.

Dalita.it disclaims any liability in the event the purchased products are not available in stock, but at the same time undertakes to communicate by email or telephone any problem of this kind.

Shipment:
Shipping is free and is done by courier. The estimated delivery time is 2/4 days (Saturday and Sunday excluded) for products ready for delivery, 7/10 days (Saturday and Sunday excluded) for products to be made, even if the delivery times are not in the contractual conditions. delivery. The customer at the time of delivery is required to check the integrity of the package delivered. Exchanges and returns:
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling, the customer has the right to return the ordered products within 10 days of delivery of the goods.
The returned products must be returned at the expense of the purchaser and in a perfect state of conservation, both with regard to the product itself and with regard to any accessories including the packaging or case of the product, in order to allow them to be resold again.
The packaging must be prepared in a manner suitable for its transport, with the same packaging received or alternatively with a packaging of similar strength so that the packaging returns to the warehouse in perfect condition. It is explicitly requested not to affix adhesive tape over the package but to always pack it with the same packaging received or with one of equal strength.
Returns of products shipped without packaging or without a protective layer will not be accepted.
Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected, Dalita reserves the right not to accept any return.
